A brand is built with substance and foundation, while
Image is built with time.

It is not necessary that you'll have a GOOD image if you're successful!

We live in a world of change, a world driven by technology.
We are actually in a global village.
Internet and mobile connectivity are our driving lifestyles and competition to unimaginable heights.
Expectations on performance are high.
The pressure on today's generation is indescribable. ITS NO FUN.!
And because of the high expectancy and competition, many young people are desperate and coping becomes a problem.
In Japan? Singapore? Suicide rates are rising!!

WHY?
What are young people becoming?

1. idealistic, materialistic and individualistic.
2. driven by technology. Not with their families.
3. lifestyle. I need = become what I WANT.
4. money. There is never enough $$
5. impatience. Changing jobs is like changing clothes.
6. looks and image. Young ppl desires to be different.
7. values. Sex is nothing?

our identity + image = will be lost if we give in to temptations
in us = emptiness.

WHY IMAGE?

image is relational.
We need an identity that ppl can recognise us by.
Image that ppl will like.
To fill the voilds in our lives.

people want to belong!
people wear/ use/ buy brands that say something about them!

"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knows it well." Psalm139 :14

We have to make choices for what we stand for.

God loves you and do not want you to perish.

But many chose to go the other direction.

We must believe that we, black white skinny plusSized tall short old young ..can make a difference!

We, as Christians cannot be one of them
but we can be their company.

We cannot serve money and serve God the same.

We communicate by deep conviction and the power of the Holy Spirit.

We must have compassion, humility and love.

We should have the fruits of the spirit!
Love joy peace longsuffering gentleness goodness faith meekness and temperence.

Image is who you represent.
It matters. Your image is your choice for yourself, it is your conscious choice.
The choice is between the right and the wrong.
Remember, image is a likeness and a resemblance of the character or reputation.
So, whose image are u representing?!!
