I am a human being, a Christian, sinful, yet saved by the Love of God which is in Christ.
He who communicates well with God, communicates well with people.
It kills us when we don't hear God's voice.
We will be like sheeps without a shepherd.
You can fool some people all the time;
You can fool all the people some of the time; but
YOU can never fool all the people all the time.
We need revival on our own generation!
Jesus touched a soft spot.
a young king : Jesus..how do i earn salvation?
Jesus : sell all of your riches and follow me.!
a young king : turned away.
We cannot concentrate on favour with men more than fovour with God.
Both must go together!
The saddest thing in life is when :
"there is nothing for me to learn anymore" (like a dead corpse walking)
Our identity comes from God, in Christ alone!
As Christians, we live a life that costs.
We must be confident Messengers!
And we need to have P.O.I.S.E.
P = Rock solid Principles.
O = Openness for creativity and innovation.
I = In christ alone we have Security and Significance.
S = Servant leadership
(there is no need for Glow, Girl & Gold! but to wash one another's feet)
E = Ever mindful of Eternity (there's more than just what we see)
Do not live on the things of the world as judgement will be starting in the house of God.
Be ready to die. If the master of communication (Jesus) was crucified..what makes us??
Be mindful that our names can be erased from the BOOK OF LIFE.
We should allow God to influence our dress sense
and how we carry ourselves in his image.
This includes no gossips and no usage of foul words ultimately.
A confident messenger touches the heart of others, and brings about change, something better in life.
Our state of mind = determines attitude.
Lord, give us what we can handle as we need not be a multi-millionaire.
Life on Earth is temporary and we must be
willing to share our riches in good deeds to the poor and the needy
as good deeds are treasures that will not be taken away from us.
Earthly treasures = Eternal treasures when we learn to share and be faithful to God and the little things in life.
Proverbs 33 :4 says thats Riches HAVE WINGS TOO !
money = 4 corners = 4 legs
US = 2 legs only!
So when u chase money, money will run faster.
To be wealthy, we must be faithful. And when we are faithful, God provides.
And when money chases after u, u can never run away!!!
